Dr. Brian Moffitt has been helping individuals, teams and organizations make positive change through training, facilitation and consultation for over 20 years. He received his bachelor's and master's degree in communication from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts and his doctorate in leadership studies from the University of San Diego. He recently was the Organizational Development Manager for the City of Sacramento, where he and his team provided training, career development, wellness, inclusion/diversity and continuous improvement services. He won the Sacramento Workplace Excellence Leadership (SWEL) award in 2003 and 2008 from the Sacramento Human Resource Association and the 2010 "Outstanding Teacher Award" from the University of San Francisco. A published author, Brian also taught graduate classes in leadership and organization development for the University of San Francisco (Sacramento Campus) and Golden Gate University. He is currently the principal consultant for his consulting company, "Good Work NOW!", as well as the producer/host of the TV talk show of the same name. He is currently adjunct faculty with Drexel University and Southwest Florida College, teaching classes in human resource development and communication. Having had a rocky start in the work world, Brian is committed to helping others find the right job and create a productive and satisfying work environment for themselves and those they lead.
